Flour, baking soda, salt and baking powder are mixed in a bowl. Then in another bowl butter and sugar are creamed together before adding vanilla and egg. Next the dry ingredients are slowly added with half-n-half. Sprinkles and white chocolate chips are folded into the dough. The cookies are baked until golden and then drizzled with melted white chocolate. Santa would love to try these cookies!

The ingredients for this recipe are: 2 ¾ cups AP flour,1 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp salt, ½ tsp baking powder, 2 sticks (1 cup) butter, 1 ½ cups sugar, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1 egg, 2 tbsp + 1 tsp half-n-half, ½ cup red and green sprinkles and 1 ⅔ cups white chocolate chips

Whisk together flour, baking soda, salt and baking powder in a medium bowl. In a separate bowl, cream the butter with an electric mixer for 1 minute. Then add the sugar and cream for another 3 minutes.

Beat in the vanilla and egg.

Gradually beat in the dry ingredients until uniform.

Next add about 2 tbsp half-n-half to moisten the dough and make it soft but not wet.

Fold in the sprinkles and ⅔ cup white chocolate chips.

Roll the dough into balls, dip fingertips into remaining half-n-half and slightly flatten the top of each cookie.

Bake at 375 F until the cookies are set on top and light golden brown around the edges about 15 minutes.

Once cookies are baked and cooled, melt the 1 cup white chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl on high for 30 seconds. Stir and cook for another 30 seconds.

Use a spoon to drizzle the chocolate over the cookies. Allow the chocolate to set before serving, about 30 minutes.
