M&Ms Pudding Cookies

I stole this recipe for M&Ms Pudding Cookies from bettycrocker.com. It’s Christmas cookie time again! These easy to make cookies have pudding mix in the dough to help keep them soft. Butter is beaten with sugar, and then the pudding mix is added with eggs and vanilla. Then a mixture of flour, baking soda and salt is mixed in. Next M&Ms are added with white chocolate chips. The dough is shaped and baked until light brown. These cookies are another delicious cookie to make this season, just be careful with the salt!

The ingredients for these cookies are: 2 ½ cups flour, 1 ½ tsp baking soda, ½ tsp salt, 1 cup butter, ¾ cup granulated sugar, ¾ cup brown sugar, 1 box vanilla instant pudding mix, 2 eggs, 1 tsp vanilla, 2 cups green and red M&Ms milk chocolate candies and 1 cup white vanilla baking chips

Heat oven to 350 F. In medium bowl, mix flour, baking soda and salt; set aside. Then in a large bowl, beat butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar with an electric mixer on medium speed about 1 minute or until fluffy; scrape side of bowl.

Next beat in dry pudding mix. Then beat in eggs, one at a time, just until smooth. Beat in vanilla.

On low speed, gradually beat flour mixture into butter mixture until well blended.

At this time, stir in chocolate candies and white chips until blended.

Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets.

Bake 9 to 11 minutes or until light brown. Cool 2 minutes; remove from pan to cooling rack. Then enjoy!
