Basic Mini Donuts

I stole this recipe for Basic Mini Donuts from the Bella Mini Donut Maker. These delicious donuts are baked in a mini donut maker. Flour, sugar and baking powder are whisked together in a bowl. Then an egg, milk and vanilla are mixed in with an electric mixer. Next vegetable oil is beaten in for an additional minute. The batter is poured into the mold and baked into golden. While the donuts are still hot, the donuts are dipped in a mixture of cinnamon and sugar, no sprinkles needed.

The ingredients for this recipe are: 1 cup flour, ½ cup sugar, 1 tbsp baking powder, 1 egg, ½ cup milk, ½ tsp vanilla and 4 tbsp cooking oil

Stir together the dry ingredients. Then add in egg, milk and vanilla. Beat 1 minute using an electric mixer.

Next add the oil and beat 1 minute more.

Plug in donut maker to preheat, add 1 tbsp batter to each mold.

Bake for 3 minutes until mini donuts are golden.

While still warm, dip the donuts in a mixture of cinnamon and sugar, coating well.

Serve warm and enjoy!
