These delicious donuts are baked in a mini donut maker. Flour, sugar and baking powder are whisked together in a bowl. Then an egg, milk and vanilla are mixed in with an electric mixer. Next vegetable oil is beaten in for an additional minute. The batter is poured into the mold and baked into golden. While the donuts are still hot, the donuts are dipped in a mixture of cinnamon and sugar.

Ingredients
1cupflour
½cupsugar
1tbspbaking powder
1egg
½cupmilk
½tspvanilla
4tbspcooking oil
Sugar, powdered sugar or cinnamon-sugar
Instructions
Plug in donut maker to preheat.
Stir together the dry ingredients. Add in egg, milk and vanilla. Beat 1 minute using an electric mixer.
Add the oil and beat 1 minute more.
Add 1 tbsp batter to each mold. Bake for 3 minutes until mini donuts are golden.
While still warm, dip donuts in sugar, powdered sugar or cinnamon-sugar, coating well.
