Melt in Your Mouth Steaks

I stole this recipe for Melt in Your Mouth Steaks from plainchicken.com. A delicious marinade is the secret for this recipe. Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, A1 original steak sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, Montreal Steak Seasoning, dried onion flakes, black pepper and rosemary are mixed together for a marinade. Steaks are added to the marinade and refrigerated for several hours. Then the steaks are grilled and ready to eat! This recipe is perfect for Labor Day grilling.

For this recipe you will need: ½ cup olive oil, ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce, ½ cup low sodium soy sauce, 3 tbsp minced fresh garlic, 1 tbsp minced onion flakes, 1 tsp fresh ground black pepper, 2 tsp dried rosemary, ¼ cup A1 Original sauce and 2 tsp Montreal Steak Seasoning.

Then whisk together all of the marinade ingredients in a small bowl.

Next place 4 to 6 steaks (ribeye, sirloin, NY strip or filet) in a large resealable bag, then pour the marinade into the bag. (You can use any steak cut of your choice, just make sure the steaks are similar in size.)

Move the steaks around in the bag to marinate both sides.

Tightly close the bag to remove extra air. Next let the steaks marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight. Remove the steaks from marinade and place on warm grill. Discard the used marinade.

Then cook the steaks to desired internal temperature and enjoy! Let the steaks rest for 5 minutes before eating. This tasty summer grilling recipe easily doubles to make more steaks.
