Melt in Your Mouth Steaks

Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, A1 sauce, garlic, olive oil, Montreal Steak Seasoning, dried onion flakes, black pepper and rosemary are mixed together for a marinade. Steaks are added to the marinade and refrigerated for several hours. The steaks are grilled and ready to eat!

Ingredients

  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp minced fresh garlic
  • 1 tbsp minced onion flakes
  • 1 tsp fresh ground black pepper
  • 2 tsp dried rosemary
  • ¼ cup A1 Original sauce
  • 2 tsp Montreal Steak Seasoning
  • 4 to 6 steaks ribeye, sirloin, NY strip or filet

Instructions

  1. Whisk together all ingredients except the steaks.
  2. Place steaks in a gallon ziplock bag. Pour marinade over steaks.
  3. Let steaks marinate in refrigerator 2 hours or overnight. Turn steaks to marinate both sides.
  4. Remove steaks from marinade and cook to desired internal temperature.
