Half a bottle of Sweet Baby Ray’s Barbecue sauce is mixed with olive oil and a rub or seasoning mix. Pork chops are marinated in the barbecue sauce mixture for one hour. Then the pork chops are grilled and brushed with more barbecue sauce before serving. These pork chops get a lot of flavor from the spice mix and barbecue sauce, because who wants plain pork chops?
