Au Jus Mushroom Rice

I stole this recipe for Au Jus Mushroom Rice from plainchicken.com. This tasty rice dish comes together quickly, but has a hearty taste. First sliced mushrooms and uncooked rice are added a skillet with melted butter. The rice is cooked until golden. Then beef broth, dried onions, au jus gravy mix, oregano, salt and pepper are added to the skillet. The mixture is brought to a boil and then cooked until the rice is tender and the liquid is absorbed.
