I stole this recipe for Creamy Garlic Butter Pasta from sugarandsoul.com. This one pot pasta recipe can be a side dish or main dish. Olive oil and garlic cook in a skillet until fragrant. Then uncooked pasta is added and stirred until coated. Chicken broth is added until the pasta is covered. Cook while stirring until most of the broth is absorbed. Next add Parmesan cheese, heavy cream and butter. The pasta is stirred until the cheese is melted, then salt and pepper are added before serving. Ditalini pasta is used in the original recipe, but any short pasta can be used. This recipe is also called Viral Ditalini Pasta, the internet loves it and so will you.

The ingredients for this recipe are: 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp garlic paste, 1 ¼ cup ditalini pasta (or any short pasta), 2 cups chicken broth, ¼ tsp salt, ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese, ¼ cup heavy cream, 2 tbsp butter, Black pepper and parsley

Add olive oil and garlic paste to a large skillet and cook over medium-high heat until the garlic is fragrant and beginning to brown.

Then add in pasta and stir to coat.

Pour in chicken broth (enough to cover the pasta) and add salt.

Stir frequently to prevent the pasta from sticking to the bottom of the pan. Then cook until most of the broth has been absorbed (but not all) and the pasta is al dente (about 8 minutes).

Next add the Parmesan cheese, heavy cream and butter.

Continue cooking, stirring until the cheese has melted. Season with salt and pepper to taste and garnish with parsley.

Serve immediately and enjoy.
