This one pot pasta recipe can be a side dish or main dish. Olive oil and garlic cook in a skillet until fragrant. Then uncooked pasta is added and stirred until coated. Chicken broth is added until the pasta is covered. Cook while stirring until most of the broth is absorbed. Next add Parmesan cheese, heavy cream and butter. The pasta is stirred until the cheese is melted, then salt and pepper are added before serving.

Instructions
Add olive oil and garlic paste to a large skillet and cook over medium-high heat until the garlic is fragrant and beginning to brown.
Add in pasta and stir to coat.
Pour in chicken broth (enough to cover the pasta) and add salt. Stir frequently to prevent the pasta from sticking to the bottom of the pan.
Once most of the broth has been absorbed (but not all) and the pasta is al dente (about 8 minutes), add the Parmesan cheese, heavy cream and butter, stirring until the cheese has melted.
Season with salt and pepper to taste and garnish with parsley. Enjoy immediately.
