
I stole this recipe for Baked Breaded Shrimp from cookinglsl.com. These crunchy shrimp are easy to make. Shrimp is coated with cornstarch and then dipped in an egg and water mixture. Next the shrimp is coated with a mixture of breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, Old Bay, garlic powder and paprika. The coated shrimp is placed on a parchment lined baking sheet. After spraying with cooking spray, the shrimp is baked for about 10 minutes. This recipe is a great way to use fresh shrimp.

The ingredients for this recipe are: 30 jumbo shrimp, ⅓ cup cornstarch, 2 eggs, 1 tbsp cold water, 1 ½ cups breadcrumbs, ¼ tsp salt, ¼ tsp black pepper, 1 tsp Old Bay Seasoning, ¼ tsp garlic powder and ¼ tsp paprika

Combine breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, Old Bay, garlic powder and paprika in a bowl.

Dip the shrimp in the cornstarch.

Beat eggs and water together and place in another bowl, then dip the shrimp in the egg mixture.

Finally toss the shrimp with the breadcrumb mixture.

Place the coated shrimp on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Spray the tops of the shrimp with cooking spray. Bake at 400 F for 4 to 6 minutes.

Flip the shrimp over and spray the other side. Then bake for another 4 to 6 minutes.

Bake until golden brown and fully cooked.
