These crunchy shrimp are easy to make. Shrimp is coated with cornstarch and then dipped in an egg and water mixture. Next the shrimp is coated with a mixture of breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, Old Bay, garlic powder and paprika. The coated shrimp is placed on a parchment lined baking sheet. After spraying with cooking spray, the shrimp is baked for about 10 minutes

Ingredients
30jumbo shrimppeeled and deveined
⅓cupcornstarch
2eggsbeaten
1tbspcold water
1 ½cupsbreadcrumbs
¼tspsalt
¼tspblack pepper
1tspOld Bay Seasoning
¼tspgarlic powder
¼tsppaprika
Instructions
Place cornstarch in a shallow bowl.
Beat eggs and water together and place in another bowl.
Combine breadcrumbs and seasonings and add to a third bowl.
Dip the shrimp in the cornstarch.
Then dip in the egg mixture.
Finally toss with the breadcrumb mixture.
Place the coated shrimp on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spray the tops of the shrimp with cooking spray. Flip the shrimp over and spray the other side.
Bake at 400 F for 8 to 12 minutes, turning halfway through. Bake until golden brown and fully cooked.
