Cake batter starts with oil, milk, sugar and vanilla. Then flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt are added. Next sprinkles are stirred into the batter before pouring the batter into a Bundt pan. The cake is baked and set aside to cool. Then frosting is made with butter, cream cheese, vanilla and powdered sugar. Next the frosting is piped on top of the cake and topped with more sprinkles. Make sure to keep on eye on your piece of cake, so no one steals it!
The ingredients for this recipe are: ½ cup vegetable oil, 1 ½ cups whole milk, 1 ½ cups granulated white sugar, 1 tbsp vanilla extract, 2 ¼ cups AP flour, 1 ½ tsp baking powder, ½ tsp baking soda, ½ tsp salt, ¾ cup rainbow jimmies sprinkles, 4 tbsp butter, 8 oz cream cheese, 2 tsp vanilla extract and 3 cups confectioner’s sugar
In a bowl combine oil, milk, sugar and vanilla with an electric mixer until combined.
Then add in the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Mix until well blended. Stir in the rainbow sprinkles until combined.
Liberally grease 10 cup Bundt pan with cooking spray or butter and flour. Pour the batter (it will be thin and runny) into the prepared pan.
Bake at 350 F for 35 to 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean or moist, but not wet, crumbs.
