Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F. Liberally grease 10 cup Bundt pan with cooking spray or butter and flour. Set aside.
Meanwhile, in a bowl combine oil, milk, sugar and vanilla with an electric mixer until combined. Add in the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Then mix until well blended. Stir in the rainbow sprinkles until combined.
Pour the batter (it will be thin and runny) into the prepared pan. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean or moist, but not wet, crumbs. Cool for 15 minutes, then carefully invert cake onto a wire rack to cool completely.
After the cake has cooled, make the frosting. In a large bowl, combine the softened butter, cream cheese and vanilla. Then mix with electric mixer until soft and creamy. Add in the confectioner’s sugar until well mixed. Spoon the frosting into a disposable piping bag or resealable plastic bag. Snip off the corner of the bag and drizzle stripes onto the cake.
Sprinkle with additional sprinkles. Store covered in the refrigerator.
