Funfetti Cake Mix Cookies

I stole this recipe for Funfetti Cake Mix Cookies from princesspinkygirl.com. These pretty cookies are very easy to make. Funfetti cake mix is mixed with sprinkles and baking soda. Then sour cream, eggs and vanilla are stirred into the dough. Next the cookies are rolled into balls and additional sprinkles are placed on top. Using boxed cake mix is the secret ingredient for these yummy cookies.

The ingredients for this recipe are: 15.25 oz Funfetti Cake Mix, ½ cup sprinkles, ½ tsp baking soda, ⅓ cup sour cream, 2 large eggs and 1 tsp vanilla

Preheat oven to 350 F. Mix together cake mix, sprinkles and baking soda just until combined.

Then add the sour cream, eggs and vanilla and mix until combined for 1 to 2 minutes.

The mixture will be thick.

Drop 1 inch dough balls onto a parchment paper lined cookie sheet.

Next add some additional sprinkles on top. Bake for 9 to 12 minutes or until lightly golden on top and edges.

Cool on cookie sheet for 2 to 3 minutes before moving to a cooling rack.
