I stole this recipe for Ohio Shredded Chicken Sandwiches from tasteoflizzyt.com. This unusual sounding recipe is actually very tasty. Chicken breasts are placed in a slow cooker. Then condensed cream of chicken soup is poured on top. After cooking for several hours the chicken is shredded and dry stuffing mix is stirred into the chicken. Next the mixture cooks until the stuffing is moistened. Then the filling is served on hamburger buns. Don’t let the name Ohio Shredded Chicken Sandwiches scare you away from these tasty sandwiches.

The ingredients for this recipe are: 3 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts, 2 cans (10.75 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup, 1 box chicken flavored Stove Top Stuffing (6 oz) and Sandwich rolls
Place the chicken breasts in a slow cooker, add chicken seasonings to the chicken.
Then pour the condensed soup over the chicken.
Cover and cook on LOW for 3 to 4 hours or until chicken can be shredded.
Shred the chicken, then add the stuffing mix.
Mix well, cover and cook for 15 to 20 minutes or until the stuffing is moistened.
Serve on hamburger buns.
