Slow Cooker Ham and Potato Casserole

I stole this recipe for Slow Cooker Ham and Potato Casserole from sixsistersstuff.com. This recipe is delicious way to use leftover ham from Easter. Hash browns, dried onion, salt, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, shredded cheddar cheese and ham are mixed together then added to a slow cooker. Next dry stuffing mix is sprinkled on top, then melted butter is drizzled on top. After cooking for several hours this delicious casserole is ready to eat. This recipe is another great way to cook with leftovers.

The ingredients for this recipe are: 30 oz package frozen hash brown potatoes, 1 tbsp dried minced onion, 1 tsp salt, 8 oz sour cream, 10.75 oz can reduced fat cream of chicken soup, 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, 2 cups cooked diced ham, 4 tbsp butter and 6 oz package herb-seasoned stuffing mix

In a large bowl add hash browns, dried onion, salt, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, cheese and ham.

Stir everything together.

Then add the ingredients to a slow cooker sprayed with non-stick spray.

Next sprinkle stuffing mixture over top, then drizzle melted butter over stuffing.

Cover and cook on LOW for 4 to 5 hours or HIGH for 2 to 3 hours.

Scoop out and serve!
