This recipe is delicious way to use leftover ham from Easter. Hash browns, dried onion, salt, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, shredded cheddar cheese and ham are mixed together then added to a slow cooker. Next dry stuffing mix is sprinkled on top, then melted butter is drizzled on top. After cooking for several hours this delicious casserole is ready to eat.

30ozpackage frozen hash brown potatoescubed or shredded
1tbspdried minced onion
1tspsalt
8ozsour cream
10.75ozcan reduced fat cream of chicken soup
2cupsshredded cheddar cheese
2cupscooked diced ham
4tbspbuttermelted
6ozpackage herb-seasoned stuffing mix
Instructions
Spray slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray.
Combine hash browns, dried onion, salt, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, cheese and ham. Place in slow cooker. Sprinkle stuffing mixture over top, then drizzle melted butter over stuffing.
Cover and cook on LOW for 4 to 5 hours or HIGH for 2 to 3 hours.
