
I stole this recipe for Crab Rangoon Wonton Cups from lemontreedwelling.com. This recipe is easy to make and great for a crowd. Wonton wrappers are placed in muffin cups and baked for ten minutes. Then cream cheese, green onions, Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce are mixed together. Chopped crab meat is added to the cream cheese mixture. Next the mixture is spooned into the baked shells before baking for an additional eight minutes. The finished cups are served with green onions and sweet chili sauce. This recipe can be served as a side dish or an appetizer.

The ingredients for this recipe are: 12 wonton wrappers, 12 oz cream cheese, 4 oz crab meat, 2 green onions, ¼ tsp Worcestershire sauce and ¼ tsp soy sauce

Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray muffin pan with cooking spray. Place 1 wonton wrapper in each muffin cup, then bake for 10 minutes until edges begin to brown.

Then in a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, 1 sliced green onion, Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce. Stir well.

Finely chop crab meat or use a food processor. Stir crab meat into cream cheese mixture.

Then spoon the mixture into the baked shells.

Next, bake the filled shells for 8 to 12 minutes.

Top with green onions. Serve with sweet and sour sauce or sweet chili sauce.
