
I stole this recipe for Funfetti Snowball Cookies from lordbyronskitchen.com. These cookie are a colorful winter treat. Butter is creamed then mixed with sweetened condensed milk and vanilla. Next flour and baking powder are added to the mix before adding sprinkles. The dough is scooped out onto a baking sheet, then baked for 12 minutes. Then the cooled cookies are drizzled with colored candy melts for decoration. These finished cookies are a delicious addition to any cookie jar.

The ingredients for this recipe are: 1 cup butter, ½ cup sweetened condensed milk, 2 tsp vanilla, 2 cups AP flour, 3 tsp baking powder and ¼ cup sprinkles

Add the softened butter to a mixing bowl and beat until light and creamy, about 3 minutes. Next pour in the sweetened condensed milk and beat into the butter for 2 minutes.

Beat in the vanilla extract.

Scrape down the sides of the bowl and beat again for another minute or two. Finally add the flour and baking powder.

Beat into the butter and milk until mixed thoroughly. Then add the sprinkles and beat lightly just until combined.

Using a 2 tablespoon sized cookie scoop, portion the dough into mounds on to a parchment lined baking sheet.

Bake at 325 F for 12 minutes.

Remove from the oven and leave them to cool slightly on the pan for five minutes. Then remove from baking sheet and transfer to wire rack to cool completely. Once cooled drizzle with melted candy melts for decoration.
