The dough is scooped out onto a baking sheet, then baked for 12 minutes. Then the cooled cookies are drizzled with colored candy melts for decoration.

1cupbuttersoftened
½cupsweetened condensed milk
2tspvanilla
2cupsAP flour
3tspbaking powder

Instructions
Preheat oven to 325 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Add the softened butter to a mixing bowl and beat until light and creamy, about 3 minutes.
Next pour in the sweetened condensed milk and beat into the butter for 2 minutes.
Beat in the vanilla extract.
Scrape down the sides of the bowl and beat again for another minute or two.
Finally add the flour and baking powder. Beat into the butter and milk until mixed thoroughly.
Add the sprinkles and beat lightly just until combined.
Using a 2 tablespoon sized cookie scoop, portion the dough into mounds on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 12 minutes.
Remove from the oven and leave them to cool slightly on the pan for five minutes.
Remove from baking sheet and transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
