I stole this recipe for Creamy Oreo Cookie Salad from recipetips.com. This dessert is perfect for a crowd because it can be made ahead of time. Vanilla pudding mix is mixed with milk and set aside to thicken. Then butter, cream cheese and powdered sugar are beaten together. Next the cream cheese mixture is combined with pudding and whipped cream. Crushed Oreos are folded into the mixture then refrigerated for several hours. Additional crushed Oreos and whipped cream are added on top before serving. This “salad” would be a welcome addition to any Superbowl party. But the cookies in this salad won’t help anyone lose weight.
