The potatoes cook in the slow cooker overnight and enjoyed in the morning. Chopped potatoes and onions are placed in a slow cooker then sprinkled with paprika, oregano, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Next melted butter is poured over the potatoes and everything is stirred together. The potatoes cook for several hours and ready to serve for a delicious breakfast side dish. If you start the potatoes in the morning, you can have this side dish at any time.
The ingredients for this recipe are: 3 lbs mini potatoes, 1 large onion, ¼ cup butter, 1 ¼ tsp paprika, 1 ¼ tsp dried oregano, ¼ tsp garlic powder, ⅛ tsp cayenne pepper, salt and pepper
Chop the potatoes and onion and place them into a 6-quart slow cooker.
Mix together the melted butter and spices in a small bowl.
Then pour the butter mixture over the potatoes.
Next stir everything together.
Cover and cook for 6 to 8 hours on LOW heat, or 4 to 6 hours on HIGH heat.

Combine all seasonings together.

Place the potatoes and onions into a 6-quart slow cooker. Sprinkle with seasonings and pour the butter on top. Mix well until combined.
