The first step for this recipe is to add chicken broth, minced garlic, salt, pepper and uncooked penne pasta. Then the pressure cooker cooks for five minutes. Once the pressure is released, then a can of evaporated milk and marinara sauce are stirred into the pot. Next Parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese are mixed in until the cheese melts. The ingredients for this recipe are: 4 cups chicken broth, 2 cloves garlic, salt and pepper, 16 oz penne pasta, 12 oz can evaporated milk, 2 cups marinara sauce, 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese and ½ cup shredded mozzarella sauce

Pour chicken broth, garlic, salt, pepper and pasta into Instant Pot.
