I stole this recipe for Mexican Chicken Marinade from dinnerideasforall.com. This tasty grilled chicken recipe gets all of flavor from the marinade. Lime juice, orange juice, olive oil, garlic, chili powder, cumin, paprika, oregano, salt and pepper are whisked together. Chicken is placed in a bag with the marinade. Then the chicken is marinated for several hours. Next the chicken is grilled until done. Just be careful not to burn the chicken.

The ingredients for this recipe are: ¼ cup lime juice, ¼ cup orange juice, ¼ cup olive oil, 3 garlic cloves, 2 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp oregano, 1 tsp salt, ¼ tsp black pepper and 2 lbs chicken

Whisk together the lime juice, orange juice, olive oil, garlic, chili powder, cumin, paprika, oregano, salt and pepper. Whisk until evenly blended, about 1 minute.

Place the chicken in a large zip-top bag and pour in the marinade over the chicken, then seal and turn to coat thoroughly. Next refrigerate 2 to 8 hours, turning few hours so the marinade penetrates the chicken. Preheat grill to medium-high heat (375 to 450 F).

Grill the chicken until the internal temperature reaches 165 F, about 6 to 8 minutes per side.

Let the grilled chicken rest for 5 minutes, loosely tented, so the juices settle.

Serve warm.
