
I stole this recipe for Crazy Crust Pizza from plainchicken.com. This pizza recipe is easy and quick to make, no dough rising needed. Flour, salt, Italian seasoning, pepper, eggs and milk are whisked together in a bowl. Then the batter is poured into a baking sheet and topped with pepperoni. The crust is baked for 20 minutes. Next pizza sauce is spread on top and mozzarella cheese is sprinkled over the sauce. The pizza is returned to the oven and baked until the cheese is bubbly. This thin crust pizza is easy to make and tastes like take out but is made quickly at home.

The ingredients for this recipe are: 1 cup AP flour, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp Italian seasoning, ⅛ tsp pepper, 2 eggs, ⅔ cup milk, 1 cup pepperoni slices, 1 ½ cups pizza sauce and 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

In a bowl add together flour, salt, Italian seasoning and pepper.

Then add eggs and milk, and whisk everything together.

Lightly spray a 15×10 inch rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray. Next pour batter into prepared baking sheet.

Spread the batter to evenly cover the baking sheet. Top with pepperoni.

Bake at 425 F for 20 minutes.

Spread pizza sauce evenly over the pizza and then top with mozzarella cheese.

Return to oven and bake for 10 to 15 minutes, until cheese is bubbly.

Slice and serve!

- 1 ½ cups pizza sauce

Preheat oven to 425 F. Lightly spray a 15×10 inch rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray. Set aside.
