This pizza recipe is easy and quick to make, no dough rising needed. Flour, salt, Italian seasoning, pepper, eggs and milk are whisked together in a bowl. Then the batter is poured into a baking sheet and topped with pepperoni. The crust is baked for 20 minutes. Next pizza sauce is spread on top and mozzarella cheese is sprinkled over the sauce. The pizza is returned to the oven and baked until the cheese is bubbly.

1cupAP flour
1tspsalt
1tspItalian seasoning
⅛tsppepper
2eggs
⅔cupmilk
½lbpork sausage
1cuppepperoni slices
⅓cupdiced cooked ham
1 ½cupspizza sauce
2cupsshredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 F. Lightly spray a 15x10 inch rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray. Set aside.
Whisk together flour, salt, Italian seasoning, pepper, eggs and milk.
Pour into prepared baking sheet. Top with sausage, pepperoni and ham.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Remove from oven. Spread pizza sauce evenly over the pizza and top with mozzarella cheese.
Return to oven and bake for 10 to 15 minutes, until cheese is bubbly.
