Next Velveeta cheese and Parmesan cheese are added and cooked until the cheese is melted. Chicken and cooked pasta are added to the sauce and stirred to coat. The ingredients for this recipe are: 8 oz penne pasta, 200 grams Velveeta cheese, 2 chicken breasts, 3 garlic cloves, 3 tbsp butter, ½ cup Parmesan cheese, 1 cup heavy cream, ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp black pepper, 1 tsp Italian seasoning and 1 tbsp olive oil

Season chicken with salt, pepper and Italian seasoning. In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sear chicken until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet the chicken was cooked in, melt butter and sauté garlic until golden and fragrant.

Stir in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.

Then add in the Velveeta cheese cubes and stir until fully melted and creamy.

Next add in the Parmesan cheese and stir until incorporated.

Add the cooked pasta to sauce and toss to coat with the sauce.

Return the chicken to the skillet. Mix to coat everything evenly.

Serve hot with additional Parmesan cheese.

- 200 grams Velveeta cheese cubed
- 2 chicken breasts diced

- 50 grams (½ cup) Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
