I stole this recipe for 4 Cheese Mac and Cheese from plainchicken.com. This cheesy macaroni and cheese recipe has a cheese sauce that isn’t cooked on the stove top. Cooked pasta is added to a large bowl with butter. Then cubed Velveeta, cream cheese and shredded cheese are stirred into the pasta. The ingredients for this recipe are: 8 oz elbow macaroni, 3 tbsp softened butter, 4 oz cubed Velveeta cheese, 4 oz cubed & softened cream cheese, 8 oz bag shredded Monterey jack and cheddar cheese blend, 1 egg, 1 cup heavy cream, seasoned salt, and pepper

Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray a 9×9 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside. Then cook the pasta according to package directions, drain. Place the hot pasta in a large bowl. Next add butter and stir until the butter is melted.

Then add the cubed Velveeta cheese, cubed cream cheese and shredded cheese blend, stir to combine.

In a small bowl, whisk together an egg and the heavy cream. Next add the heavy cream mixture to the pasta mixture in the bowl and stir.

At this time, pour the pasta mixture into the prepared dish.

Bake in the oven uncovered for 30 minutes.
