
I stole this recipe for Sheet Pan Funfetti Cookie Bars from sixsistersstuff.com. These cookies are perfect for a crowd and can be used for any occasion by changing the color of the sprinkles. Butter and brown sugar are creamed together in a bowl. Then eggs and milk are added in before adding baking powder, salt and flour. Next white chocolate chips and sprinkled are folded into the batter. The dough is pressed into baking sheet and topped with more sprinkles before baking. Once cooled the cookies are cut into bars and served. These delicious cookies can be make anyone feel better.

The ingredients for this recipe are: 1 cup butter, 1 ½ cups brown sugar, 2 large eggs, 1 tbsp vanilla, 2 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp salt, 3 cups flour, 2 cups white chocolate chips and 1 cup sprinkles

In a large mixing bowl, cream together softened butter and brown sugar.

Mix in eggs and vanilla.

Then add baking powder, salt and flour and mix until well combined. Fold in the white chocolate chips and sprinkles, reserving some of them to sprinkle on top before baking.

Spray a baking sheet with non-stick spray or line with parchment paper. Next press the dough into the baking sheet.

Then add additional sprinkles on top of the cookie dough.

Bake at 350 F for 20 to 25 minutes, or until middle is set and the edges are golden brown.

Let cool and cut into squares. Drizzle with candy melts if desired.
