Next the potatoes are tossed with olive oil, Italian seasoning, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. The fries are placed in the basket of an air fryer and cooked for 15 to 20 minutes until golden. Continue cooking in batches until all the fries are cooked. This recipe is a delicious treat when you have a taste for fries with or without a main dish.

The ingredients for this recipe are: 2 medium sized russet potatoes, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp Italian seasoning, 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese, ½ tsp salt and ¼ tsp pepper

In a medium bowl mix together olive oil, Italian seasoning, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.

Slice the potatoes using a fry cutter, or slice them into ¼ inch strips. Rinse the potatoes slices in cold water and pat dry with a paper towel. Then add the potatoes to the bowl.

Preheat air fryer to 380 F. Next place the fries into the basket of the air fryer in a single layer.

Cook for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Toss the fries at the 10 minute mark to ensure the fries are evenly cooked.

Serve warm as is or with ketchup or fry sauce.
