White Trash Sliders

I stole this recipe for White Trash Sliders from southyourmouth.com. This quick and easy recipe can be an entrée or an appetizer. Ground beef and ground sausage are cooked together in a skillet. Then the meet is drained before adding Velveeta, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper and onion powder. Once the cheese is melted and bubbly the filling is served on slider buns. This recipe is a twist on a traditional hamburger recipe and is delicious with fries.

The ingredients for this recipe are: 1 lb ground beef, 1 lb pork sausage, 1 lb (16 oz) Velveeta cheese, 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce, 1 tsp black pepper, ½ tsp onion powder and 24 slider buns

Brown the ground beef and sausage in a large skillet until cooked through. Thoroughly drain pan drippings from meat. (If desired all ground beef can be used instead of half beef and half sausage.)

Cut Velveeta into large cubes then add to the browned meat with Worcestershire sauce, pepper and onion powder.

Next cook on medium heat until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Serve on slider buns.

Recipe Notes
