This quick and easy recipe can be an entrée or an appetizer. Ground beef and ground sausage are cooked together in a skillet. Then the meet is drained before adding Velveeta, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper and onion powder. Once the cheese is melted and bubbly the filling is served on slider buns.

Ingredients
1lbground beef
1lbpork sausage
1lb(16 oz) Velveeta cheese
1tspWorcestershire sauce
1tspblack pepper
½tsponion powder
24slider buns
Instructions
Brown the ground beef and sausage in a large skillet until cooked through. Thoroughly drain pan drippings from meat.
Cut Velveeta into large cubes then add to the browned meat with Worcestershire sauce, pepper and onion powder then cook on medium heat until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve on slider buns.
Recipe Notes
All ground beef can be used instead half beef and half sausage.
