Cookies and Milk Cheesecake Brownie Bars

I stole this recipe for Cookies and Milk Cheesecake Brownie Bars from bettycrocker.com. These cookies look fancy but are easy to make. Boxed brownie mix is made according to the box, then spread in a baking pan and baked. While baking cream cheese is beaten until smooth, then sugar, eggs and vanilla are added. Then chocolate chip cookie mix is mixed with butter, flour and an egg. When the brownie base is cooked, the cream cheese mixture is spread on top then tablespoons of the chocolate chip cookie mixture is dropped on top. Next the pan is returned to the oven to finish baking. Once baked to a golden brown the cookies are cooled and refrigerated before slicing. Then you can chew these bar cookies as loud as you want.
