The ingredients for this recipe are: 2 tsp yeast, 1 ½ cups warm water, 3 ⅓ cups AP flour, 2 tsp salt, 1 ½ tbsp. sugar, 2 ½ cups toppings, ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese, 2 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese and 1 tbsp olive oil

Sprinkle yeast over warm water in a large bowl. Let it sit for 3 minutes.

Then add in the flour, salt and sugar.

Next add in the toppings (pepperoni, sun-dried tomatoes, green onions, black olives, garlic, etc) and Parmesan cheese.

Combine well. The dough will be tacky.

Let rise for about 1 hour, then put in the refrigerator to continue rising for another hour.

Take the dough out of the refrigerator. Flour the countertop, then roll the dough into a rectangle about 11×18”.

Then, fold into thirds to yield 11×6 loaf.

Seal the sides so cheese is not exposed. Let your loaf rest while you preheat the oven to 450 F.

Bake the bread, either on a pizza stone or baking sheet, for 15 minutes.

Then add a piece of foil to the top of the loaf, continue baking for another 15 minutes. When 3 minutes are left in the baking time, lightly brush bread with olive oil. Rest on a wire rack to cool slightly before slicing.
