Then heavy whipping cream, milk and vanilla are added to the eggs and sugar. Next the mixture is refrigerated several hours until cold. The ice cream batter is poured into an ice cream maker and churned for 25 to 30 minutes. Then transfer the ice cream to a container and freeze until firm.
