This homemade ice cream is delicious and easy to make. Eggs and granulated sugar are beaten together until thick and pale. Then heavy whipping cream, milk and vanilla are added to the eggs and sugar. Next the mixture is refrigerated several hours until cold. The ice cream batter is poured into an ice cream maker and churned for 25 to 30 minutes. Then transfer the ice cream to a container and freeze until firm.

Instructions
Beat the eggs and sugar for 5 minutes, until thick and pale.
Mix in the cream, milk and vanilla until blended. Place the batter into the fridge for 4 hours or freeze 1 to 4 hours until very cold.
Pour the cold batter into the ice cream maker and churn for 25 to 30 minutes.
