Taco Bell Breakfast Crunchwrap

I stole this recipe for Taco Bell Breakfast Crunchwrap from copykat.com. This breakfast recipe is quick and easy to make. First eggs are scrambled in a skillet and set aside. Then the crunchwrap is assembled by placing a hash brown patty in the center of a tortilla. Next ¼ of the eggs, taco bell sauce, cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon is added. The tortilla sides are folded to the center to close the wrap. Finally a skillet is warmed on the closed wrap is toasted on both sides in a skillet before serving. This recipe is another delicious way to eat tortillas.

The ingredients for this recipe are: 4 flour tortillas, 6 eggs, 4 tbsp shredded cheddar cheese, 1 cup shredded hash browns or 4 fried hash brown patties, 8 tbsp taco bell sauce and 8 pieces bacon, cooked crispy

Cook the hash brown patties according to package instructions.

Scramble eggs in a skillet, season with salt and pepper. Set aside.

Warm tortillas in the microwave 15 to 30 seconds. Then place a tortilla on a plate, add 1 patty in the center.

Next add ¼ of the eggs.

Follow with 2 tbsp sauce, 1 tbsp cheese and 2 pieces of bacon crumbled.

Flip the sides of the tortilla to the center, then flip the right and left sides to the center. Keep folding and wrapping to make a five sided wrap. Next spray skillet with non-stick spray. Heat for 30-40 seconds on medium heat. Flip and then heat on the other side.

Then repeat with remaining ingredients to make 3 more wraps.

Serve warm as a whole wrap or cut in half.
