This breakfast recipe is quick and easy to make. First eggs are scrambled in a skillet and set aside. Then the crunchwrap is assembled by placing a hash brown patty in the center of a tortilla. Next ¼ of the eggs, taco bell sauce, cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon is added. The tortilla sides are folded to the center to close the wrap. Finally a skillet is warmed on the closed wrap is toasted on both sides in a skillet before serving.

4flour tortillas
6eggs
4tbspshredded cheddar cheese
1cupshredded hash browns or 4 fried hash brown patties
8tbsptaco bell sauce
8piecesbaconcooked crispy
Instructions
Scramble eggs in a skillet, season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
Warm tortillas in the microwave 15 to 30 seconds.
Place a tortilla on a plate, add ¼ cup hash browns or 1 patty in the center. Then add ¼ of the eggs, 2 tbsp sauce, 1 tbsp cheese and 2 pieces of bacon crumbled.
Flip the sides of the tortilla to the center, then flip the right and left sides to the center. Keep folding and wrapping to make a five sided wrap.
Spray skillet with non-stick spray. Heat for 30-40 seconds on medium heat. Flip and heat on the other side.
