I stole this recipe for Cinnamon Apple Bundt Cake from yellowblissroad.com. This delicious cake recipe is very easy to make. Start with mixing flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt in a bowl. Then beat eggs, butter, oil, vanilla and granulated sugar together. Next fold in some chopped apples. Pour half of the batter into a bundt pan, sprinkle with a cinnamon sugar mixture, then repeat with the second half of the batter. Swirl the batter and cinnamon sugar together with a knife and bake until golden. Serve with powdered sugar or glaze. Bake in oven for 50-60 minutes. Top will be golden brown and sides will pull away from pan. Cool 10-15 minutes in pan. Remove and cool completely.
