Marshmallow Fluff Fruit Dip

I stole this recipe for Marshmallow Fluff Fruit Dip from allrecipes.com. This super easy to make dip is made with just three ingredients! Softened cream cheese is beaten with an electric mixer until smooth. Then a jar of marshmallow crème is added in with vanilla and beaten until smooth. The finished dip is served with any fruit of your choice. A perfect recipe for any summer gathering!

For this recipe you will need: 8 oz cream cheese, 7 oz jar marshmallow crème and ½ tsp vanilla. Plus any sides you like!

The cream cheese needs to be soft for the dip to mix well. If needed microwave on HIGH 30 seconds to help soften. Then beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth.

Then add in the marshmallow crème and vanilla. (An entire jar is needed, if some of the crème is stuck, microwave for 10 seconds to slightly melt the crème. This make it loose enough to scoop out.)

Next, beat until smooth and completely mixed. Serve with fruit of your choice or with graham crackers. I’ve served this dip with strawberries, raspberries, cantaloupe, honeydew and even animal crackers.

This recipe easily doubled and can be the day before serving. Refrigerate until ready to use (because of the cream cheese) and then serve.
