Super Italian Spinach Dip

I stole this recipe for Super Italian Spinach Dip from the BettyCrocker mobile app (you can also find it on bettycrocker.com). This quick and easy to make appetizer is great for any holiday or game day! Frozen spinach is cooked in the microwave and drained. After cooling, the spinach is mixed with cream cheese, sour cream and dry Italian dressing mix. Cover the spinach mixture and refrigerate for a few hours, then serve with vegetable or crackers. This dip is a great way to use up the frozen spinach in your freezer.

“One man’s poison ivy is another man’s spinach.” – George Ade, American Playwright (see more quotes in the Quotes tab)

Add in the drained spinach.
