Baked Parmesan Crusted Pork Chops

Breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, lemon pepper, garlic salt, onion powder and Italian seasoning are mixed together in a bowl. Then pork chops are dipped in an egg wash before dredging in the breadcrumb mixture. Next the coated pork chops are placed on a baking sheet. Melted butter drizzled over the pork chops before baking until golden brown. These pork chops smell so good while baking, you might get some stares when it’s time to eat.

The ingredients for this recipe are: 8 ½ inch thick boneless pork chops, 2 large eggs, ¾ tsp garlic salt, ¼ tsp black pepper, 3 tbsp milk, 1 cup panko breadcrumbs, ⅔ cup grated Parmesan cheese, 1 tsp lemon pepper, 1 tsp onion powder, ½ tsp dry Italian seasoning and ¼ cup butter

In a shallow bowl, beat together the eggs, milk, ¼ tsp garlic salt and ¼ tsp black pepper.

On a plate mix together the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, lemon pepper, ½ tsp garlic salt, onion powder and Italian seasoning.

Season each pork chop with garlic salt. Dip each chop into the egg wash.

Then dredge each piece in the seasoned breadcrumbs mixture. Press the breadcrumbs firmly onto each pork chop.
