I stole this recipe for White Chocolate Monster Munch Chex Mix from sixsistersstuff.com. This delicious snack mix is perfect for Halloween. In a large bowl pretzels, Cheerios, Chex cereal, peanuts and M&M’s are mixed together. Then white chocolate chips are melted in a microwave. Next the melted chocolate is poured over the cereal mixture and stirred until everything is fully coated. The mixture is spread onto wax paper lined baking sheet and left to cool. Once cooled, break apart any chunks before serving. This snack mix is a delicious treat anytime you want a snack.

The ingredients for this recipe are: 5 oz pretzels, 2 ½ cups Honey Nut Cheerios, 2 ½ cups Corn Chex (or Honey Nut Chex), 1 cup peanuts, 2 cups M&M’s chocolate candies, 1 ½ cups candy corn, 2 cups white chocolate chips and 1 ½ tbsp. vegetable oil

In a very large bowl add the pretzels and cereal.

Then add the candy and peanuts.

Stir to combine, set aside.

In a microwave safe bowl, heat the white chocolate chips and oil on high for 60 seconds. Stirring every 20 to 30 seconds. Stir and microwave for another 30 seconds and stir until completely melted and smooth.

Pour the melted chocolate over the cereal mixture and stir until all the cereal is evenly coated with white chocolate.

Spread the cereal mixture on 2 large baking sheets line with wax paper.

Let cool and then break apart in chunks.
