I stole this recipe for Crab Rangoon Bombs from chefavacooks.com. This delicious air fryer recipe can be an appetizer or a side dish. Cream cheese, chopped crab meat, green onions, garlic powder and Worcestershire sauce are mixed together. Then canned biscuit dough is rolled into circles. Next the crab mixture is placed in the center of the dough. The dough is folded up over the filling and pinched closed to form a ball. Then the dough balls are placed in an air fryer and cooked for about 10 minutes or until golden brown. These delicious crab rangoon bombs tastes like an appetizer you would have at a Chinese restaurant minus the fortune cookies.

The ingredients for this recipe are: 8 oz cream cheese, 1 cup crab meat, 2 green onions, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce, 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough and 1 egg

In a bowl, add cream cheese, chopped crab, green onions.

Then add garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Mix until well combined and smooth.

Separate the biscuit dough into 8 rounds. Flatten each into 4-inch disk using a rolling pin. Spoon about 1 ½ tablespoons of the crab mixture into the center of each biscuit round.

Fold the dough up over the filling and pinch edges tightly to form sealed balls.

Place the dough balls seam-side down on a greased or parchment lined baking sheet or air fryer basket. Brush each with the beaten egg to help them bake golden and glossy.

Bake in air fryer at 350 F for 10 to 12 minutes, until golden brown and fully cooked.

Cook in batches until all dough balls are cooked.

Let cool slightly before serving.

Serve as is or with sweet chili sauce.
