Honey Butter Skillet Corn

I stole this recipe for Honey Butter Skillet Corn from iamhomesteader. This tasty recipe is a fancy way to cook frozen corn. First butter is melted in a skillet. Then frozen corn and honey are added. Once the corn is warmed up, cream cheese, salt and pepper are added to the skillet. Next everything is stirred together and cooked until the cream cheese is completely melted. The finished corn is garnished with parsley. This recipe calls for frozen corn, but fresh corn can also be used, especially a freshly picked ear of corn.

The ingredients for this recipe are: 4 tbsp butter, 3 tbsp honey, 24 oz frozen sweet corn, 4 oz cream cheese, 1 tsp salt and ½ tsp black pepper
