Honey Butter Skillet Corn

This tasty recipe is a fancy way to cook frozen corn. First butter is melted in a skillet. Then frozen corn and honey are added. Once the corn is warmed up, cream cheese, salt and pepper are added to the skillet. Next everything is stirred together and cooked until the cream cheese is completely melted. The finished corn is garnished with parsley.

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp butter room temperature
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 24 oz frozen sweet corn
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large non-stick skillet over medium heat, add butter. Once melted, add honey and corn. Stir to combine.
  2. Cook until heated through, stirring occasionally, about 3 to 5 minutes.
  3. Add cream cheese, salt and pepper. Stir to combine. Cook until completely melted and creamy, stirring often, about 3 to 5 minutes.
  4. Serve, garnished with fresh parsley.
