I stole this recipe for Garlic Parmesan Chicken from recipe.ukfinda.com. This delicious chicken can be grilled, cooked in a skillet or baked in the oven. A perfect recipe when it’s nice enough to grill outside or if it’s too hot the chicken can be cooked inside. First a marinade is made with olive oil, lemon juice, honey, garlic, Italian seasoning, paprika and Parmesan cheese. Then the chicken is coated in the marinade and refrigerated until ready to cook. Next the chicken is cooked and sprinkled with Parmesan cheese before serving. Using freshly grated Parmesan is best for this recipe, so it’s not mistaken for sawdust.

The ingredients for this recipe are: ¼ cup olive oil, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp honey, 4 garlic cloves, 1 tsp Italian seasoning, ½ tsp smoked paprika, ½ tsp salt, ¼ tsp black pepper, ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese and 1 ½ to 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Make the marinade first by add the olive oil, lemon juice, honey, garlic and seasonings to a small bowl.

Whisk the ingredients together.

Then add in the Parmesan cheese.

Next add the chicken to a resealable and toss to coat with the marinade. Cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours for max flavor.

Remove the chicken from the marinade and sear in a skillet on medium heat.

Then finish baking in the oven at 400 F for up to 20 minutes.

In the last 1 to 2 minutes of baking, sprinkle with more cheese over the top to let it melt slightly. Garnish with fresh parsley and extra cheese if desired.
