I stole this recipe for Pecan Pie Brie from delish.com. This delicious appetizer is quick to make and perfect for any holiday. To start a wheel of brie is placed in a baking dish. Then in a skillet, butter is melted with brown sugar before adding cinnamon, heavy cream, pecans and salt. Next the pecan mixture is poured over the brie and baked until the brie is melty. The cooked brie and nuts are served with crackers, fruit or just a spoon! Everyone will love this appetizer!
