I stole this recipe for Cinnamon Roll Waffles with Cream Cheese Glaze from Pillsbury.com. This breakfast treat uses a cooking hack using refrigerated cinnamon rolls and a waffle maker. Cinnamon roll dough is cooked in the waffle maker. A great way to start the day.

Heat waffle maker, spray with cooking spray. Remove cinnamon rolls from 1 can of Pillsbury Grand refrigerated Cinnamon Rolls with cream cheese icing; set icing aside.
For each waffle, place 1 cinnamon roll in center of waffle maker (I used a can of regular cinnamon rolls, not grand size so I cooked two rolls at a time)
Bake 3-4 minutes or until waffle is thoroughly cooked and golden brown.
In a small bowl add 1 cup powdered sugar, 3 tbsp milk and 1 tsp vanilla until smooth.
Stir together, add reserved icing from cinnamon roll tube
Stir to combine all ingredients
Serve glazed over cooked waffles, I also add strawberries.

Recipe Notes
I couldn’t find the 5 count cinnamon rolls when I went shopping so I bought the 8 count tube. You can cook 2 of the smaller rolls at a time, then keep in a low oven to stay warm as you make more batches. I add strawberries when serving. No waffle maker, no problem! You can make these in a Panini press, they’ll just have lines instead of squares on them. Still taste great!
